The one that brings it all to the party. A striking blue tulle headdress, made with a halo of tulle fanning out behind blue, green grey and purple pompoms. Blue, green and purple flowers and a turquoise feather adorn the left side. The headdress is further adorned with tassles and feathers, including a beautiful peacock feather. The headpiece is constructed from wire, wrapped in silver braid, and is adjustable. Fits securely on the head with a silver metal hair comb.
